Stop the unethical, inhumane killing of healthy poultry claiming it is to control the spreading of Virulent Newcastle Disease. State employees illegally disposing of the dead birds  they claim to be infected in local landfills versus insenerating to prevent contamination of landfills. Violating the civil and constitutional rights of pet owners by California Department of Food and Agriculture. State employees carrying out “kill orders” in front of pet owners and their children. Causing unnessary added pain, stress and trauma! Denying law abiding citizens the right of due process.

The CDFA needs to be held accountable for these murders. We need Governor Gavin Newson to stop this rampage against healthy birds. He needs to put together an oversight committee to reevaluate what is being done and how, investigate these cases, and hold those committing these gross acts accountable!
