Winning in ocean county is a big undertaking. They are a strong anti- drug community, which is a good thing when it comes down to the stronger and habit forming drugs. Marajuana however is not. Pot has never been a gateway drug. We need to prosecute the heroin abusers and dealers and those who deal with addiction and violence. The unfairness in the ocean county justice system is that they are also punishing our first time nonviolent offenders by incarcerating them for too many years. Please help put an end to this madness. Mandatory minimums for nonviolent first time offenders needs to be abolished.
