Abuse of Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act Funds in Nevada

The Issue

The State of Nevada is one of the 50 States who receive funds from the Federal Government for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. WIOA. I have attempted to be part of that benefit and had some involvement with an eligible trainer provider whose training was less than adequate and even denied that I was authorized for training although they were paid in full for the training. I have tried to file a complaint against the Las Vegas Professional Institute of Technology and Accounting (LV-PITA) and Goodwill of Southern Nevada who has some involvement in the program and was not interviewed per the policies of Workforce Connections who oversees the program. Governor Brian Sandoval who is responsible for the program in Nevada has through his Deputy Administrator Lynda Parven informed me that LV-PITA has done nothing wrong. A full copy of the complaint and what I have received from the Governor's Office is available by contacting me at Fitzgerald13Steven@gmail.com. I have made a specific request for a copy of the Signed receipt of the certified letter that was sent to me from Workforce Connections. Deputy Administrator Lynda Parven has sent me a copy of a mailed receipt that is obscured by another piece of paper that does not show any information. This continued deceit and possible misuse of Federal Funds should be addressed by Governor Sandoval.
