The prosecutors on the case selected jury members and once sequestered realized that one of the jurors knew Gary and NBA player Shawne Williams was her son in law. She was removed from jury but had already been with them. A mistrial and selection of new jury should have been par for the course but neither his attorney or prosecution saw any reason to be concerned.
Let's back up to the beginning so you can understand...
Shawne Williams was a close friend of gary and gary and him also lived to gether and his house eis where gary was found when this all happened. Shawne was playing for the pacers and pulled from playoffs till he cooperated on his friend....
Now fast forward his mother in law is "randomly" selected for a juror lies about knowing defendant then confesses is removed from an already sequestered jury and no one sees a problem!
So I sat wondering could the NBA be powerful enough to team up ith prosecutors to protect a player in his beginning of his career and contract? Could they pay for a sentence? This was all just wondering thoughts with no true proof even if my heart is sure until I found an article yesterday of NBA partnering with prosecution in another state to speed up process of charges against people during game outbreaks. Now I'm more confident than ever that intuition, God, and the eyes of you all will get to the bottom of this and free my fiance.
