A smoking ban is anti-liberty regardless of your views of smoking. This states smoking ban restricts new business' from starting that might rely on a certain clientele to be successful, i.e.-a cigar store/lounge/bar. In a time where our economy desperately needs any and all jobs possible, why, then would we pass laws that prevent this from happening?.
