DE QUEEN, Ark. - Roosters confiscated over the weekend are being held in an area on the grounds of the Sevier County jail. 200 birds are outside Sevier County Jail in very small pens, no shade and not at a safe distance as the birds are causing harm to each other. Gamefowl should not be confiscated if they will be killed or neglected. 

Gamefowl have been a part of American History and American Tradition for centuries. When certain law officials confiscate birds they are severely neglected and usually killed. These birds are better off in the hands of their owners and not confiscated and killed. 

Stop law agenicies from neglecting and killing gamefowl!!
