Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago feel powerless when no action is taken by the TTPS despite numerous reports and an abundance of evidence.
Time for fines. Time for incarceration. Time for penalties. Time for change. It's time for better welfare for animals of Trinidad and Tobago.
