Paul Zimmerman has been kindly been assisting me in bringing the issue to the attention of the right people. I've also heard back from the SCMP who have said they are interested and will be contacting me for more information soon. I've started to build up as much information on the history of the two pillboxes as possible - thanks to everyone who has commented or sent me things, this is a really great help!
