After a huge flood in the city of Tbilisi, Georgia, and complete destruction of the city zoo, the government of Georgia has given orders to Special Forces to shoot and kill all animals roaming the city(lions, tigers, bears, wolves, even stray dogs). While these animals don't belong on the city streets, killing them is equally irrational. They should be saved, rescued, and transported to their natural habitats.
