Lets take this one step further.

I just want to start by saying thank you, to every single person who signed, shared, and has been a part of this petition, the support is overwhelming. 

I know we are all frustrated, workers and managers and parents, there has been a divide and a difference of opinion recently and I know that the further on we go the less likely it is to close the nurseries for this lockdown duration, so together let's make a difference where we can.

I have launched a fundraiser called 'Sit up! for the early years'

My aim here is to raise money for those in the early years that have been affected by this virus, this could be;

Staff members who are forced to self-isolate and not able to receive financial support,  I know there are a lot of you out there, the bills do not stop, unfortunately. Please if you know somebody that has been affected seriously and you would like to nominate them to receive financial support please email me - Liamthompson521@gmail.com

Providing essential PPE to nurseries-

I want to support the nurseries that are financially struggling and help them get the PPE they need, whilst fighting to get this provided to all nurseries.

Supporting our parents and children-

I want to raise money for families that are unable to access schools/nurseries currently and need more support for either food, books, or internet access.

I am planning on doing this by completing sit-ups for every £1 raised.
