Lately there are more and more disturbing incidents involving animal cruelty, its occurring more frequently because our law system is soft in regards to animals. We want a change in the law which will see tougher punishments handed out then maybe we can reduce the number of animal fatalities. Animals have a right to life as much as we do and murder/abuse is murder/abuse whether its against a human or animal. Something needs to be done enough is enough.
