Change 60% graduation criteria in bank job (both public and private)

The Issue

There are many aspirants who didn't get job in banking sector due to this 60% in graduation criteria.

So i requests to change the criteria of 60% in graduation for selecting candidates in banking sector .

Because no one can judge capability of person on basis of thier percentage in graduation.
