In light of Charlie Gard and Alfie Evans and countless parents whose rights have been infringed by hospital's and Governments and courts in relation to freedom to have medical treatment in Europe and the UK. The social services and hospitals have more say in treatment of a minor. Petition is to give rights back to parent's under the guidence of legal advisement and more than 4 different doctors.  Giving right to live after exhaustive and informed decisions. Quality of life paramount.
