• Cross Bows, and any projectile weapon also to require license.
• Barbaric behavior of untrained and incompetent individuals causing needless harm, trauma and or death to animals both domestic and wild, birds both domestic and wild and People.
• The amount of animals and birds that are injured and killed for fun or just because needs harsher jail time or heavier fines.
• No animals or bird deserves to be shot and have to suffer.

I am heart broken at the way our birds and animals are hurt and killed with pellet guns and that children are given these weapons and learn at young ages to destroy rather than to save. I know I am not the only one and the stress, trauma and heart break of those who find injured animals and birds. The people who cause the damage do not pay for the medical bills. The rescuer of animal or bird pays those bills. Who pays the bills when a person is injured. The costs should be paid by the person who fired the weapon.

It is not the weapon that does the damage and kills. It is the person holding the weapon and his or her intentions to hurt or kill. So we are not against the weapon we are against the barbaric behavior of people with these weapons.

Anyone that wants a fire arm or pellet gun or any projectile weapon must have a license and have training and knowledge of the laws so they have no excuse. That if they then cause any harm or death they face the full force of the law.
