Your expression of wishes are not legally binding the insurance companies are not obliged to to share any information with the loved ones you have named in the event of your death Discretionary allows information to be with held from the loved ones you have named
They are not abliged to pay funds out to the loved ones you have named

Please help us make a change to make it easier for our loved ones in the event of our death ❤️
