I’ve heard back from the DWP really not happy same old sarga as before Discretionary it  doesn’t matter who you write to the only way to make a change is more signatures I need 10,000 signatures to try and make changes your expression of wishes are not legally binding the trustees can pay funds to who they wish you are signing your wishes over to the trustees Discretionary needs to be removed these forms need to change you have no choice but to sign Discretionary please sign our petition in support thank you
