I received a response back from HM Treasury on the 8th February 2020 they said they have been consulting with the DWP to ensure that I receive an appropriate response to my correspondence in error the DWP advised me to contact the Treasury but the DWP have now confirmed that they will provide a full response within 20 working days please support our petition DISCRETIONARY really needs to be removed your expression of wishes are not legally binding and do not come under your estate if you want your wishes to be followed please support our petition Discretionary gives the trustees the right to do as they wish help us make a change by supporting our petition thank You
