we thank you for your support please help remove the Discretionary word it took me three years after my son’s death to get hold of a copy of the paperwork I was named on in the event of his death I came across the Discretionary word time and time again the insurance companies are not obliged to share information with the person named on the paperwork your expression of wishes are not legally binding 

i have had two responses now from number 10 my last response was on the 5th December advising me to write to HM Treasury which I will do shortly please keep signing and supporting our petition thank you
