1 Remove the DISCRETIONARY word 

2, named Beneficiaries should be able to see all documentation 

3, Named Beneficiaries should be involve in meetings with insurance companies and trustees 

4, for paperwork not to be withheld from solicitors 

5, your expression of wishes should be made legally binding 

the DISCRETIONARY word allows insurers and trustees to do as they wish they are not obliged to share any information with the named Beneficiaries in the event of your death please help support our petition and put a stop to this now
