Richards Law help remove the Discretionary word

we thank you all so much for your support it’s much appreciated I have showed you copies of paperwork I was named on I have showed you proof  that it took me three years to get hold of documents that I was named on this is a copy of my solicitors letter who ask in 2011 after my son’s death to see all documentation I was named on he was unable to obtain the paperwork  after three years under the 1998 data protection act i wrote a letter to the company in question and I finally received a copy of the document my son named me on.

After waiting for years to obtain the document with my name on  I made a complaint to the Ombudsman but they said because three years had passed which was the time limit to make a complaintthey were unable to investigate  the Discretionary word needs to be removed.
