Richards Law help remove the Discretionary word

we thank you all for your support we so appreciate it I have shared documents to support my petition in my last posts my son passed away in 2011 I had a solicitor write a letter to ask for any documentation that held my name he was unable to obtain any paperwork due to the DISCRETIONARY word I was advised from a friend to write under the 1998 data protection act three years after my son’s death I finally received a copy which I have already posted.
