Our First Responders still need your help. Our goal is more than just a temporary executive order from Gov. Tim Walz. We need this presumption to be permanently enacted into law through the legislative process in order to protect our First Responders.

Right now, for this legislation to move forward we need Sen. Paul Gazelka, the majority leader of the Senate, to allow a vote. However, Sen. Gazelka is opposing this measure. Our First Responders need you to contact him and demand that he allows a vote.
