Our issue with the State of NY continues to be that although she has failed numerous inspections in the last 24 months, she still remains open. The inspections show concerns with the state of the kennels, broken concrete and rusted wire, they show the dogs are in satisfactory condition and are getting veterinary care. We know this is not true. The 60 dogs we rescued all suffered from some illnesses or injuries.
