Broome County district attorney has been provided with over 800 pages of depositions, vet reports, pictures and video. Nothing. The Broome County Humane Society does Nothing. The sheriff does Nothing. The NY state police...Nothing. The NY Dept. of Agriculture and Markets dropped her from the pet dealer program because they didn't want to answer to "the public," for their own gross neglect. She is sitting with AT LEAST 10 puppies right now, and has advertised several litters this year alone, yet the Dept. of Ag and Markets says she doesn't offer more than 25 dogs for sale. She has more than 40 adults languishing in neglect and cruelty. Buyers have offered their testimony that she does. Nothing. Direct meeting with the Governor's representative...Nothing. Nearly every dog bred here has genetic defects, requiring thousands of dollars in treatment, if they can be treated at all, and the effects are lifelong. This should be an embarrassment to every NY resident.
