She does not sell in stores, she sells from her home, a home on the kennel property. 40 YEARS of Law Enforcement, Public officials and Humane Officers in Broome County and Albany turning a blind eye. 40 years of ignoring the laws, 40 years of ignoring how her dogs are treated. 40 YEARS of dogs enduring heat and cold and poor food. 40 years of dogs living in filth, penned together in pens, with no hope for freedom. 40 years of local vets, coming out and giving rabies shots, seeing the condition of the dogs and walking away. 40 YEARS of there not being any dogs on the premises that are older than 8-9 years old. I shudder to think what happens to them when they are no longer of use to her.
