GoToGate Customer Negligence HAS to Stop!

The Issue

GoToGate is a travel agency which offers 'cheap' flights to many destinations. The catch is that if you need to make any changes to your flight or want to find out what options are available due to political unrest in your destination country, it's like asking a fish to fly. 

I am confident that many others. like me, have been messed around by GoToGate. I booked tickets to fly to Istanbul on the 13th July and whilst the airlines themselves are offering refunds or change in destination,  GoToGate has offered me nothing but a headache. They have messed me around for over two days and still 'looking into' what options I have for my flights.

Please sign this petition if  you have ever been messed around by this agency or just feel strongly about an agency putting money before moral obligations!! I do not think it's right that an agency gets away with not refunding people or offering alternative destinations in extenuating circumstances. I do not think it's right that an agency makes it so difficult to get in touch with them and resolve your query or concerns. I do not think it's right that when the supervisor at the customer centre says he will get back to you in 4-5 hours but instead goes home when YOU call back in 4-5 hours. I know it's not right that GoToGate need 7 working days to get in touch with airlines they are in business with to resolve an issue.
