To date, in Hawai`i and across the US continent there have been 16 Kūkulu Exhibits.  Through these exhibits, we are able to share about current status of the Mauna, past and present issues both in Hawai`i and in other places and come together to celebrate the communities.  Each exhibit is designed by and for the community in which it is created.  The picture with this update is of the exhibit in New York.  Our most recent is at UCSanta Barbara, in California.  Upcoming will be Nānakuli on O`ahu with planning begun for one during the NCORE conference and Festival of the Pacific Arts later in the spring.  Mahalo to all who have signed the petition at these events and continue to support Mauna Kea.   To learn more about Kūkulu, follow @mkea.info on IG.
