Xiaomi Mi A1 is a great phone which is also camera centric. Google has partnered with Xiaomi to bring the buttery smooth & clean feel of stock Android in a phone with good hardware. The phone is great in almost every aspect and despite being a very budget friendly smartphone, it has a dual camera setup. The cameras are really good for the price, capable of taking great photos. The phone can take videos in good resolutions as well but here's the thing.
The cameras don't have any kind of software nor hardware stabilization so the videos are really shaky while walking or moving. That's a real letdown for camera and video enthusiasts because the phone's main attraction is the dual camera setup. The Mi A1 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 CPU which is capable of enough processing power to handle a software based stabilizer.
Xiaomi and Google can bring EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) to this phone by an OTA (Over The Air) update which will easily be a great addition to an already good phone. Many many users have already started to request an update and it is badly needed for a good video shooting experience.
