There is another petition going around for signatures to remove Eugenia Cooney from YouTube. She is not a bad influence and YouTube is her career. She is very thin, but she is not anorexic and I'm sure she will or has been getting help. Anorexia shows signs of yellow skin, decaying teeth, unhealthy skin and nails. Which none appear to be a problem. She should not have her career taken away from her due to the way she looks. You would not ban an obese youtuber due to her unhealthy weight. Do not do it to this young lady. In her videos she appears happy and I believe she is, she's doing what she enjoys so let her.
