A 50-year-old woman who was allegedly using her mobile phone when she hit four pedestrians in the Sydney suburb of Kellyville last night has been charged.

Seriously Apple & Google!!! It is so EASILY SOLVED by you. Just enable "Do Not Disturb While Driving" by default, it should NOT BE OPTIONAL!
