An exciting development by Queensland Police!

Please read the article by Bicycle Queensland regarding Safe Passing Laws for Cyclists which will almost certainly be adopted nationally! As a cyclist, this is an exciting development.

In Queensland alone there are 800 cyclists injured by motorists every year and climbing. It would not surprise me at all if an alarming proportion of these are due to mobile phone distracted drivers!!
