The Tesco application will be heard this Thursday 27/05/21 @ 7:15pm. The Council have recommended the plans are approved 

⚠️⚠️⚠️ We are in the final week before the Tesco application is heard and decided for 1280 flats to be built - It will open the floodgates to lots of other builds if approved - To avoid this becoming a rubber stamping exercise by the councillors there are a few things that will make us more visible - Please do what you can as a decision will be made on Thursday:

❗1. Message or call Margaret.Herring@redbridge.gov.uk / 02087082159 and ask for the meeting details for the Virtual Tesco planning meeting on the 27th. You cannot attend if she has not sent you the link and logged your name so it is important you do this.

❗2. If you have social media get as many people as possible to attend the planning meeting by doing the above. This can be any social media - hashtag #tescotoxictowers:

❗5. Email your Redbridge councillors and MP (Sam Tarry) to speak against the development. Even if they are not on the planning committee, you must ask them to submit an objection and offer to speak on the night of the decision. They can object here
