Possible things to discuss:

• Too many units – There are 1300 flats planned in such a small area
• Travel – Crossrail will not be able to support this many people
• Traffic/Pollution – There are already high levels of pollution in the area
• Recreation/Green Space – Creating sufficient green space should be a mandatory
  requirement on the developers
• Health Infrastructure – Redbridge has one of the worst resident to doctor ratios in London
• Privacy/Light – Looming tower blocks will take away all sense of privacy from the residents
  surrounding the area.
• Mental Health – The council leader recognised the issues with building high rises on long
  term mental health. How can we forget the lessons of the past to please the developers.
