Is GSPCB to look after the citizens and the land or here to pander to corporates who have no concern other than their own selfish interests?

Trials are being conducted to check how much a river can be polluted and how much poison we can breathe.  And only after a substantial number of people are verified dead then shall GSPCB consider it not safe to continue with coal? 

We do not need polluting industries here. All we need is clean water and clean air. Goa was and still is a land meant for wholesome relaxing holidays, a laidback village existence is what it yearns for again.
