Dear Mr. Soloman:
As a brief history there are numerous members of various related chatroom's who upon learning of the medical needs of one of our members decided to open and the fund an account with your firm in order to provide the needed funds in a convenient and timely fashion. It appears we were successful in raising the needed revenue however we have experienced a very real reluctance in getting your company to release the funds we raised minus the fees you charged to our intended recipient.
I draft this letter seeking your assistance in correcting this matter and hopefully securing the release of the funds we raised for the benefit of our member in need of said funds, the information related to our beneficiary follows.

As we are members of many different states it is our sincere hope this matter can be resolved without the need for each of us to find it necessary to raise a complaint with our various Attorneys Generals offices as we are only interested in a good faith resolution and feel sure your legal department does not need to respond to numerous issues involving interstate commerce.
