Bug 54412 makes it near impossible to use AVX code on Windows X64. Not only does it affect programmers, but it affects a multitude of end-users who rely on software where performance is often of critical importance. Their programs potentially perform poorly because of this. It has been a bug for 6 years now. It isn't a problem in any other Windows compiler. Please fix this!
