Conservatives Fined £70,000 over election expenses

The Electoral commission today have fined the conservatives £70,000 as well as releasing a report into the party's GE spend. In paralell to this, local constabularies have also passed on their findings to the Crown Prosecution service, with prosecutions for breaching the RPA still possible.
