Global BC, under the supervision of Jill Krop, has aired video of yet another violent crime that unfolded in British Columbia today. On the afternoon of November 10th, 2016, a man attempted to rob the Canadian Tired at Grandview and Bentall in Vancouver. Officers were called which resulted in the suspect becoming further agitated, stabbing one of the police officers who then returned fire onto the suspect, killing him. On Global BC's 6:00 news they aired video, recorded by an individual at the scene of the crime, showing the stabbing and subsequent shooting. Given the incident in Abbotsford last week, one would think Global BC would have learned from their mistake the first time around, but it is evident now that showing these kinds of videos is intentional on their part and nothing more than a ratings grab.
