The Georgia Straight has published an article discussing our petition. As a result of their publication, we have seen the signatures jump from nearly 300 to nearly 1,500 in a matter of 3 days! We will not rest until Jill Krop either steps down from her position as Global BC's station manager/news director, or offers a public apology for the station's choice in airing last Tuesday's horrific video of the stabbing at Abby Senior Secondary, a blatant diregard to the wishes of the Abbotsford Police Department, IHIT, and those directly involved in Tuesday's tragedy - including the family of the victim, Letisha Reimer.
