SUPPORT THE INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY CONVOY TO UKRAINE! SUPPORT ITS FUND APPEAL!
LET'S MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BUILD THE INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY CONVOY TO UKRAINE AND ITS FUND APPEAL!
To: Signatories of the Change! petition "Ukraine must receive all its needs to win a just peace!"
October 10, 2026
Dear friends of Ukraine and its people,
Only six weeks remain before the three routes of the International Solidarity Convoy to Ukraine set off from their starting points (see map)...
Six weeks in which there is still much work to be done to make sure the Convoy meets its three goals:
- To show the Ukrainian people they are not alone! To help them resist the coming Russian winter offensive!
- To strengthen awareness of and solidarity with Ukraine's just cause in the rest of Europe and improve the chances of Ukraine achieving a just peace!
- To help lay the foundations of greater cooperation between Ukrainian civil society and civil society in the rest of Europe!
Here's how we can all help:
· BUILD THE FUND APPEAL (via PayPal or direct debit)! Let's make sure we urge our family, friends, workmates and networks to make a donation. Organise a ring-around with other supporters of the Convoy. A conversation where you can explain the democratic and humanitarian goals of the Convoy is worth 1000 emails! (But emails also help, of course.)
· VOLUNTEER! Volunteer to help with the work of organising the Convoy in your location. This doesn't necessarily mean volunteering to go on the Convoy (although everyone who supports its goals is more than welcome to take part).
Volunteering means: helping collect material being donated to the Convoy; helping out on stalls explaining the Convoy; asking everyone to sign the Convoy Appeal for Support; helping the organisation of events (film showings, concerts, etc) leading up to the Convoy departure; helping organise receptions for the Convoy in the centres through which it will pass; helping assemble and check the vehicles being offered to the Convoy; and many, many other tasks.
· OFFER TRANSPORT AND/OR TO BE A DRIVER
It is hard to have a Convoy without transport or drivers! If you can offer transport or offer to be a driver, please fill in this form and we will get in touch with you to arrange the detail of this contribution.
Volunteer on our web site and/or volunteer to help out with the Convoy in your location by getting in touch with our Route coordinators (see the Routes here):
