Petition Update: Thank You for Standing for Fairness and Respect
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported and shared this petition for Cha Eun-woo. Your voices have helped highlight the importance of fairness, integrity, and respectful treatment.
Recently, Ministry of National Defense has stated there are no grounds for disciplinary action and that Cha Eun-woo will continue serving in his current military band position in response to a petition filed.
Following the final tax notice received through the tax assessment process, Cha Eun Woo confirmed that all outstanding dues have now been fully settled. We appreciate the clarification surrounding this matter and hope that accurate information continues to be shared responsibly.
These developments reinforce what supporters around the world have continued to express — that Cha Eun-woo’s character, professionalism, and dedication deserve recognition and fair consideration.
As we continue supporting him during his military service, let us also look forward to his upcoming Netflix drama, The Wonderfools, premiering on 15 May. Cha Eunwoo's character, Lee Unjeong, is described as a mysterious city hall civil servant who is a superpowered being using telekinesis. He’s a civil servant, but no one knows why he's there. He was living quietly until people discovered his powers and started calling him 'Master,' and flocked to him. This forces him to socialize against his will and hides many secrets. Set in 1999, The Wonderfools is about a goofy group of townies stumbles into superpowers and fights rising evil as doomsday panic grows in this wild, turn-of-the-century action comedy and is a highly anticipated drama worldwide.
Thank you once again to everyone who signed, shared, and stood together in support of fairness, compassion, and respect.
