New City Vision told Glasgow Live in July this year that they would be submitting a planning application for Govan Graving Docks in September or October. We're into December now and still no sign of it. Just the latest in a string of delays in their plans over the past few years. We suspect any plans they have are still at a very early stage and struggling to come up with something that can be commercially viable (to satisfy investors) as well as comply with the A-listed building status of the docks.
