CDPI Patron Sponsorship Survey Now that the Govan Graving Docks Heritage Park petition stands at over 8,000 signatures, Clyde Docks Preservation Initiative (CDPI) are looking at ways to recognise your support and give you the opportunity to have more involvement in efforts to save Govan Graving Docks as well as other future CDPI projects. CDPI needs to cover our core costs estimated at £40,000 per year and the more we can raise the more we will be able to expand the scope of our work. If we are able to raise funds from a wide range of sources this will limit any bias of outside influence over our activities that could arise if for example we were to rely on a single major corporate sponsor. We are preparing to launch a patron programme to enable individuals to actively support our work and would like to seek your feedback on the structure of the programme. Patrons would have a more direct and recognised role than other supporters - effectively as honorary/unofficial members of CDPI.
