For the past month CDPI has been running a series of surveys to gather views on the future of Govan Graving Docks. Overall what the surveys have demonstrated is very strong opposition to use of the site for housing development (92% against) and a clear sense of the need to preserve the structure of the site in the context of Glasgow’s disappearing maritime heritage.
