Over 5000 supporters and a new website!

Dear supporters,

Yesterday we reached 5000 signatures!  Thanks again to all of you who have signed and supported the petition. 

I am delighted to announce that a new website has been created (see link below)  where you can find out more about the local and national history of William Gladstone: Who was this man? What did he achieve, believe and contribute to modern democracy? The site is aimed at the everyday reader, and has brief key history sections, and more in depth articles for those who wish to read more. For those who prefer to watch than read there is a videos section. If you know little or nothing about William Gladstone this site is there as an introduction. If you already know quite a lot about him, there are some videos and articles which you may not have seen before! N.B - the website is still being added to, if you have a particular aspect of his life that you want to know more about, please send an email to the site or a message on the associated Facebook page.
