I'm asking for stories of British Gas force-fitting prepayment meters prior to January 2023 - if this happened to you or anyone you know, please can you send me your story at the email address above, particularly if it occured at a home with vulnerable people in (those under the age of 2, over the age of 65 or with severe disabilities). 

The article above discusses the investigation that Ofgem have been running for almost three years. It also discusses the FOI request I put in and the lack of substantive response from Ofgem. 

I'm looking to put more pressure on Ofgem to at least commit to a timeline and to workout the cost of this investigation, and I thought it would be helpful to compile some real-life anecdotes to bring to Ofgem about how this has affected people and how the delay is worsening things.
