The High Court began hearing opening arguments for the Dieselgate case at the beginning of this week. It looks like it's going to be an interesting fight and a difficult decision for the court by the end. 

As promised, I'll keep providing updates, the first link above gives you a summary of each side's opening statements. I also mentioned that Pogust Goodhead applied to step down as co-lead of the case, but the court denied this application so Pogust Goodhead and Leigh Day are still the co-lead council for the claimants.
