Ofgem have released a new consultation on creating new rules that force energy suppliers to offer at least one low-or-no standing charge tariff!
The full update is in the article in the top link, and there will be more coming out over the next couple of days including the full consultation document. I'll write a summary and response and share it with you.
Other links go to price comparion sites, Uswitch released an exclusive deal this morning with Fuse energy, saving over £220 per year on your average energy bills. Click the second link above if you want to check it out.
The final link is to a site that checks if you're eligible to join a group legal case in the upcoming diesel-gate trials. There is a potential payout of £10,000 per person per car, depending on how much the courts fine the defending car manufacturers (Mercedes, Nissan, Renault, Peugeot/Citroën, and Ford in this first case). It takes about 60 seconds to fill in your details and sign up to a group action, so it's worth a check if you owned a diesel car that was built by one of these manufacturers between 2008 and 2020.
Thanks all, have a good day.
