First of all, thank you to everyone that has forwarded on Ofgem's copy-and-paste response this past weekend, I really appreciate it especially as they didn't actually send that to me at all! I still haven't heard from Ofgem!

Today I decided to respond to that generic email and ask some more pressing questions, I've given a full time line of the communication we've had with Ofgem in the top link to this update, including the exact email I sent to Ofgem today. Please give it a read and let me know if there is anything I should be adding going forward. 

Additionally, I've included links to the dieselgate petition and where you can join the legal cases. I'm trying to grow these as much as possible over the next couple of months, so will continue to add them to updates. Please do give them a read and sign the petition and check if your old diesel cars are eligible for any of the legal cases.
