Dear Mr. Secretary, On May 31, 2017 you outlined 13 areas of concern to you which will be given priority during your tenure. You outlined very aggressive and complicated issues the VA faces. I want to commend you on your plans. I wish you well in these endeavors. I will tell you that my heart was deeply affected by your not mentioning the plight of the Vietnam Blue Water Sailors. I know in terms of numbers of lives, it is miniscule to the VA bureaucracy. I know in your heart that any life is precious, and triage is a necessary thing.
